According to Matt Maiocco, the 49ers have extended Tramaine Brock to a 4yr/$16 million deal, wth $7 million guaranteed.
The deal was reportedly similar, if not the same that was offered to Tarell Brown, who is a pending free agent, just like Brock was to be.
Update: According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoprot, Brock received a $4 million signing bonus, a big difference from his initial $500 dollar signing bonus as a UDFA. My guess is Brock got some form of gameday roster bonuses, likely a $250,ooo bonus, prorated over 16 games, and $100,000 workout bonuses throughout the deal, starting in 2014. They may have also included his $1.323 million base salary into the deal, and guaranteed the rest of it, which is about $466,941 in total.
